Knights of Superior Senate Members
The purpose of Squads is as smaller units, or smaller guilds, within the main guild. The members of the squad will, at most times, form hunting parties and work on strategic battle plans. The members of your squad will work also one-on-one with you training and hunting.
Each Squad normally has a Squad Leader, while a Squad Lieutenant is optional. When the Squad Leader leaves, they will nominate another person to take over or allow the members to vote upon the candidates. Another option is the Squad Leader will choose someone who they feel is best fit for the position.
The four squads have said that there is no ranks inside the squad, however if the members wanted it, then it could be request within in the squad.
Each squad is able to gain two awards: Senate Unit Citation and Guild Master Citation. Senate Unit Citations are given to the squads who participate and host many hunts and events, with a majority of the members showing up. A Guild Master Citation can be rewarded to each squad who goes above and beyond the requirements of the Senate Unit Citation. More information upon the awards can be found here.
Each squad has expressed if there is a disciplinary actions that arise, that the problem should be taken to the person, who is involved inside the conflict. If there is no compromise, it will be directed towards the Senate or the Guildmaster.
