Punishments and Discharges

1. If a member is reported breaking the code, he/she gets a verbal warning, or, depending on the severity, a vote for discharge. 75% of the Senate needs to vote on discharge. In the case of Killing or stealing from another member, the accused will be removed from the stone till the matter is resolved. If not voted for discharge, they will be reinstated.

2. If a member is reported again inside a one-month period the issue is sent to the Senate and a discussion of demotion of 1 rank or discharge takes place. 51% of the Senate within a 4 day period is required to demote/discharge a member at this level. If it involves the killing or stealing from another member, the above actions take place.

3. If a member is reported three times within a two-month period only 25% of the Senate is required to discharge a member. This step is repeated as many times as needed.

4. Any member (Initiate through Elder) can file a complaint with the Senate. There will be a 4 day time limit for voting.
