Members in Attendance: Crystal (Cassie), Danielle the OQ (Carrie), Hideo (Deogee), Hunter, Morgan, Nushy, Pevli and Sephirmos Albane
Spectators were: Celes, Flopp, Tempest, Templar Thadeus (non guilded), DwarloX (non guilded) and Avatar (non guilded).
The matches consisted of mage vs. mage, warrior vs. warrior, or mage vs. warrior. The rules and restrictions varied, depending on the type of match. For example...if it was a warrior vs. warrior match, each participant was allowed only 5 aids, and if it was a warrior vs. mage, the warrior was allowed unlimited aids. Artifacts were allowed, very few restrictions were in place. The usual, no potions, mounts or poison weapons). Each duel was best two out of three wins. Each match in a round was 3 minutes. Several matches ended in draws and were determined by how much damage one or the other participant did during that match.
All the participants fought well, but in the end, Hunter came out on top, undefeated. Congratulations Hunter! Nushy managed to squeak in at second by defeating Crystal in the 2nd place match. Crystal took down Hideo in the 3rd place showdown.
Congratulations go out to all the participants. Everyone did a great job and fun was had by all, that was expressed to me, anyway.

Capture the Fla: SC Style Hosted

Members in Attendance: Crystal (Cassie), Danielle the OQ (Carrie), Gannon, Nushy, Pevli (Vepl) and Salandra (Alexander), and was later joined by GlimmerMan.
Healers were: JOPAM, Nowyn (Celes), and Gawyn (Luscan) Spectators were:Junior, and Grace .
The first round was 3 on 3 with Danielle, Gannon and Salandra, Team Red), versus Crystal, Pevli and Nushy as Team Blue. We gated to NuJel'm and met by the checkerboard, divided into teams, and were given capes (flags). First team to gather the flags from the other team and return all capes to Jopam, would win the round.
So, Crystal, Pevli and Nushy headed to one end of town and Danielle, Gannon and Salandra to the other. When "Go" was spoken, by Gawyn (With Blue team), and by JOPAM,(with the red team) spread and it was on!
Yellow and Purple Teams Killing one another
There were no mounts allowed so this was a rather slow start. When finally the teams 'met', Salandra was killed and his cape taken.This reporter was told that Salandra possibly had 'most deaths' the whole evening.
Then no one seemed able to get any more capes. With the slow speeds of some computers and the faster speeds of others, it made it difficult to do much with teams or not. So after about 20 or so minutes of running around, we all 'regrouped' at checkerboard to see what was happening. At this point, I (Crystal) had to leave, but got lots of info. from Jopam on what happened next!

Several people had to leave, and GlimmerMan joined the group. So those who wanted to play again, divided into two 2 on 2 groups. The teams were Pevli and Gannon (red team), while GlimmerMan and Salandra (blue team) were the opponents. After about 40 minutes, the red team prevailed. The second pairing had GlimmerMan and Pevli (yellow team) vs Gannon and Salandra (purple team). The yellow team won this round.

No one wanted the 'prize' money or money for healing. Fun was had by all, despite some 'frustration' with computers and speeds of connections, and such.
Way to go, SC! Thanks for making this event so much fun!
